I interviewed Shayla for a part time nanny position, she was friendly and easy going. She has experience through watching her siblings. I asked her to watch my kids for a week as a trial. During that time I noticed she acted more of a fellow sibling to the kiddos than a nanny. She just kinda watched tv with them and maybe made them a snack. Overall it just didn't seem like the right fit because I wanted a more professional experience.
