Hello! I go by my middle name, Lucy. Marilyn is my legal first name :) I am a third year education major at Chapman University in Orange, California. I love kids and dogs, and am always excited to make new friends. I plan on becoming an elementary school teacher once completing my Bachelor's and MA at Chapman. I started working with kids when I was around 10 taking care of my cousins every now and then. When I was 13, I started caring for a family friend's two elementary-aged girls whenever needed. Last year I was an after school instructor for a STEM education non-profit, teaching ages 5-11 a couple days a week. In my spare time, I like to walk my dog, read, write, listen to a lot of music, go for long drives, see my friends, and watch documentaries with my mom! I am from Kirkland, Washington and Read more though I am heading to school now, I will be back home for winter break in December 2023 and am able to work end of Dec-middle of January 2024.
