Hi there! My name is Aalia and I recently graduated from Washington State University. I moved down to Phoenix to start my career in marketing/sales. However, I haven’t always been about business. I have a big family so I was watching kids younger than me starting in middle school. I think this lead to me wanting to work with kids more and more. During middle school I had over 100 hours of children driven community service. This included things like elementary school events, sports games, and tutoring. I clearly didn’t want to leave this environment because when I was in high school I volunteered as a class assistant. Around 2-5 days a week after my classes got out, I would walk over to the middle school and be an assistant to one of the teachers. I loved the classroom environment and getting to participate in activities with the kids. I Read more did this for a little over 2 years! I have only been paid for babysitting officially for one year during high school. But I never stopped working with kids. Even in college I ended up joining a sorority that focused on reading disabilities/delays within children. I would love to work with you! I live in the Phoenix area and am looking for weekday nights and weekend gigs. I work 8:30-5:30 M-F.
