I did a lot of babysitting growing up, but when I really noticed my skill at the job was when I did some swim instructing, I taught kids from ages 2-12. It seemed no matter the age group there was always a kid that was afraid, or a kid that didnt like being told what to do. I enjoyed the challenge of fixing those fears and turning it into a fun activity. When I finished a complete class of 10-12 year olds and got requested by every parent to continue to teach their kids it really cemented my joy in the work
