Hi, my name is Mary and I am a mother of four grown children. I love working with children and helping them become the best they can be. I am a former triathlete and now have decided to slow things down a bit and help others. I started babysitting when I was just 12 years old and included housekeeping after the kids would go to bed to make life easier on parents. I firmly believe that there is more to babysitting than just sitting around as when the parents are gone children need guidence and care and to stay on schedule. I firmly believe that outdoor activities are important as a base for kids to expend energy and to have a healthy outlook away from the television and computer games. Mary has been watching our 4 children recently for us and we couldn’t be happier with how things are going. All of the kids love her and she makes sure to not only take care of the basics but spends time individually with each of the kids through the evening doing crafts or coloring or reading. She has very quickly become more family than sitter. We are able to spend our evenings out with no worries about the safety of our children and it has been amazing.

Mary is fantastic! My husband and I are first time parents and leaving our infant for for the first time was hard but Mary made us feel comfortable. Her childcare experience, professional demeanor and friendly nature allowed us to make the scary decision to step away and hire a sitter. Our baby is on a pretty tight schedule to assist him with sleeping through the night; Mary stuck with our schedule and noted his feedings, diapers, playtime and naps. We highly recommend Mary!!
