My name is Caitlin Gillihan, I’m 21 years old, and I’ve been working with kids for over 8+ years, since I was 12, I started babysitting, I’ve had the joy of helping raise my 6-year-old brother—he’s my best friend—and my younger sister as well, and that experience has shaped so much of my love and understanding for children. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience as a babysitter for multiple families, a nanny for three children (including an infant), and have worked in multiple preschools and daycares. Until 2 months ago I worked at a forest preschool for two and a half years, where I get to combine nature-based learning with early childhood development.
