I have been babysitting and nannying for a while now, starting when I was a teenager. I was always the go-to person to ask whenever someone needed childcare, whether it be for a few hours, a couple of days, or long-term. I babysat my cousins every weekend while their parents were at work, as well as watched two children during the summers while their parents were working during the week. I took care of my newborn niece when her mother returned to work for a year. My most recent experience was caring for two children over the span of about a year and a half. This was full-time, as schools were still shut down so I helped a lot with online learning and planning educational activities as well as plenty of crafting and STEM activities. I also have my teaching degree and am looking for something short-term during the summer. Read more I have a lot of experience with children ranging from newborns all the way up to 12, but my primary experience has been from working with 3-8 years old. I love being able to work with children and help them express their creativity while keeping them active. When working on school work or within the school, I love seeing that lightbulb go off when they comprehend the topic.
