Hello, My name is Olyvia Salter, I am a Sophomore at Whitworth University. I am the eldest of three children. Growing up in a big family as the oldest, I was often put in the position of babysitter for the family party. I was responsible for the younger ones to eat and go potty, while making sure the older ones were not bickering and fighting. As I have gotten older I have babysat for children ages three to 12. Often times the children I have watched have previously known me from either church or family members. I have also been primary caretaker over my twin siblings from birth until 10 years old. I am also CPR/1st AID certified, gotten my TB shot recently, and STARS training certified. I am verying caring, genuine and love to have fun and make memories. Even though Olyvia was a warm and compassionate babysitter, a great support and help for my family, yet she was unreliable. She did not come 4 days in a week with last min notice or no notice at all. Her irregular attendance affected my job and daily scheduled activities adversely.
