I am a third year college student at the University of Washington Bothell majoring in psychology. Starting in high school I have gained lots of experience working with children, starting by volunteering with afterschool programs when I was 16 to now working at the YMCA as a Kids Zone counselor where I have been working since 2017. At the Y, I have worked with children and infants ranging from as young as four weeks old to twelve years old. In my role, depending on which age group, I am capable of providing proper and adequate care for infants and also providing age appropriate and brain stimulating activities for toddlers and children. I love working with children while being able to create a fun and safe environment while you are able to do whatever it is you need, whether it be for work, a date night, or simply because you need Read more time for yourself! I am CPR and First-Aid certified and am able to drive. I am also able to do light house cleaning and basic meal prep for children.
