I am currently a Lead Toddler Teacher looking for a new and different way to connect with kiddos! For two years I held the position of Lead Toddler Teacher at a reputable Montessori school in downtown Seattle. There I managed staff, parent communication, and conflict resolution between children. I was responsible for tracking the children's developmental progress and daily activity, also providing photographs of the children working within the classroom and out on the playground. I was an integral part of potty training over 30 children over just the two years I acted as lead, all with positive results! Prior to becoming the Lead Toddler Teacher, I worked in preschool and toddler classrooms as an assistant. This involved following the instructions and suggestions of my Montessori trained lead teachers or activity coordinators -- anything from group art projects to nap time layouts, emotion coaching or one on one requests.
