Former ESL teacher, great cook, about two years into this new nanny and babysitting career. For 9 months I was nanny to boys in Bothell, one and three years old. Sarah babysat my 4yo son for a day while I was in Seattle for work, while my cousin worked from home. According to my cousin, she arrived with materials for arts and crafts (I previously let her know we traveled only with a small container of legos), played with him all day, avoided at least three tantrums "like they weren't even on the verge of happening", managed to feed him without his iPad (I haven't been successful in this in months) and seemed like it was never even needed, bathed him, and even got him to nap (hasn't happened since he turned 3) before leaving for the day. When I saw my son after work, he was crying because he missed playing with her. In short, my cousin's assessment of "baby whisperer" seems very accurate for her.

Sarah did a wonderful job babysitting my two kiddos. She arrived on time, was super friendly, and the kids really enjoyed thier time with her. I definitely recommend her for babysitting and would use her again!
