Hello! I am a college student looking to make some extra money this summer before I transfer to Western Washington University to study Elementary Education. I have wanted to be a teacher since I was 12 years old and I have a passion for working with children, particularly if I can inspire them to get creative or play outside. I have volunteered as a ballet teacher's assistant and a kindergarten teacher's assistant, I worked at my community college's daycare for a few months, and my mom and I created and taught some fairy tale-themed craft classes at the Frances Anderson Center in Edmonds to children ages 5-7. I am a positive, easygoing person and I'm good at adapting and improvising as needed. I enjoy arts and crafts, dancing, writing, baking, and physical activities such as yoga, hiking, and climbing.
