* 23 years old. * 8 years experience. I’ve shaped my nannying career around my upbringing. As an eldest sibling of 5 and eldest cousin of 20, I’ve always prided myself as a role model and caretaker of children. At 12 years old I started babysitting, and at 15 I started professionally nannying, giving me 8 years of professional experience, specializing in infant/toddler care. (I now take my 15 month old son to my nanny bookings.) Through positive reinforcement, encouraging authenticity, and providing a safe space for children, physically and emotionally, children thrive in my care. I stay emotionally grounded for children to experience the full range of their emotions. Being the the true adventure guide, I always inspire children to explore their curiosity. Being in a large urban area, I understand how important it is to do that in a safe manner. Staying aware of our surroundings at all Read more times, I consistently uphold methods of safety awareness and take pleasure in teaching children how we do that as a team. My favorite activity to do with children is explore outside! All in all, It’s important to me to teach children how to have self responsibility, manners, and accountability through leading by example. By empowering them through everyday tasks completed together and teaching them practical life skills, their confidence grows day by day. I look forward to growing with you and your family!
