Hello! I am Lauren, I am 28, and I love going on adventures. I love space, dinosaurs, reading, outdoor activities, dressing up/makeovers, Painting and creative activities. I also love teaching, learning, and watching children's reactions to new things. I am nannying for now but my main life goal is I want to write and illustrate children's books. My favorite things to do with kiddos are Walks, Aquarium, Planetarium, Museum, zoos, parks, adventures, art, and the Library. When it comes to infants, I have taught sign language in the past, I am not afraid to be a goofball in order to make a baby smile, and I love reading and teaching babies new things. I try and stay up to date on all things children, whether that means following Instagram and Pinterest accounts, or heading to the library to catch up on some parenting books. I have always cared for others, growing up I would babysit kids but I would also volunteer and care for elders. I was a nanny on and off in my early teens/20's. I had to focus on college and do other jobs from 2018 through 2021. I have been a full time nanny from June 2021 through 2022. I am Fully vaxxed to the maxx, including boosters. I've also never had covid. I have an excellent driving record, never received a ticket. I have experience with school pick up and drop off for about a year. My approach to nannying is the Gentle parenting Method. I am a very caring and emphatic person. My rates are $24-$30 depending on how many children, and distance. I have nanny and tutoring experience, good reviews and references, and multiple background checks. I also know CPR/First aid. For reoccurring jobs, I like to start with a phone call, answer questions and get an idea about your family, then either meeting or doing a paid trial day/week.
