I've been babysitting since I was in 8th grade, and have plentiful experience working with kids. Around my hometown in Menlo Park, California, some of my first jobs were babysitting for my neighbors or family friends. Before moving on to coach volleyball and run my own camps for children, I have babysat for children from the ages of 6 months - 15 years old, and have nannied for families with multiple children all within similar age groups, as well as families with larger age gaps between children. I have babysat multiple children at a time as well as just one at a time, and have also simultaneously completed housekeeping tasks during shifts. Some of these include but are not limited to prepping meals for families, doing laundry, walking dogs, driving to and from after-school activities, and assisting with homework. Outside of classes and work, I center my days around being active, and thoroughly enjoy the outdoors. I am an avid runner and love to explore new trails throughout the Seattle area, while also lifting in my gym at home and finding time to snowboard during the winter season. I also love to surf, although I don't do so as often here in Seattle because of the weather. When I'm not outside I also love to read, paint, and draw, as well as occasionally play my guitar. I enjoy being creative and finding new crafts to make, as well as picking up new hobbies to make sure I am always learning and engaged.
