I've always loved working with kids, starting with babysitting all through high school, and working at a summer camp for four summers. In college I nannied twin boys for two and a half years, starting when they were five. I worked after school, school breaks, some weekends, and full time one summer. I have the most experience working with early elementary school aged children, but I love working with toddlers and I have some experience with infants as well. I love to play and get creative with kids! I love energy and imagination, and will happily play along with kids' creativity, it's my favorite part of the job! I also have a lot of experience working with children with special needs. One of the boys I nannied for two and a half years has Down Syndrome, and I spent this past summer working exclusively with campers with special needs. I Read more recently graduated from WWU with a BA in Environmental Education, and am looking for a nanny job from now until the summer. Currently living in Snohomish, but looking for a place in North Seattle/Shoreline area. I will gladly provide a background check and references from former employers! I am a certified Wilderness First Responder, which includes extended First Aid and CPR certification.
