Hello, My names Anna and I'm a 22 year old college student. Last year, I was able to become a permanent babysitter for my 6 month old nephew and spent a year in the Seattle area. I was able to assist with tasks around the house as well as spend time with him and help him grow and feel special and loved while his parents were working. Watching him grow and being able to play such an important role in his life made me fall in love with kids! My initial career path was teaching and although that has changed my love and care for children has not. I was able to spend several months assisting a 2nd grade class with various actives and homework. I like getting to know kids and doing activities with them rather than just having them watch cartoons. I believe it's also important to respect Read more children and be a positive example to them. Recently I have been babysitting a five year old and have been enjoying that age group as well. I have not had much experience with older children but there's always a time to learn!
