I have been babysitting for friends and family since I was 11 years old. I helped care for my younger siblings throughout middle and high school, when I was 12 my brother was born and then a year later my sister followed so they were fairly young when I would watch them. My mother owned a daycare center when I was in high school as well and I often volunteered there, working with children ages 1-10 years old. I am currently in a Childrens Studies program at EWU so my goal is to ultimately work with children. I currently have my food handlers card and In the next couple of weeks I will also have my STARS training.
