Hi! Brie here! I grew up in Spokane and am a currently enrolled student at Princeton University studying Civil and Environmental Engineering with a plan to minor in French Language and Culture. At the moment, I’m home for the summer and seeking more productive ways to pass the time… you know, beside curling up with book after book until September (despite how drawn to this I am). That being said, I really love to read, but I also enjoy being a very active person too. I grew up playing a lot of sports — soccer, basketball, cross country, track. I’d also wish to add that I can be very energetic as well. I love playing board and yard games and would always be more than happy to engage in any activity that may perhaps keep a child entertained. I also have worked as a tutor for high school students the past two years, so am more than happy to help with homework or anything like that. I also have experience as a youth soccer referee — while still in high school, I head reffed many games for the 9-12 year old age bracket. Overall, I love both kids and animals and am really excited to better learn more of what babysitting is all about, and gain some experience in this sphere. Furthermore, I grew up with three siblings and a multiplicity of younger cousins and children of family friends that I’ve had the pleasure of looking after on various occasions in the past. That being said, I have always been very confident around kids, and believe my lack of paid experience to be nonindicative of my comfortability with watching and resonating with children.
