Hello, my name is Lenikah and I am a 24 year old African American mother. I have a 4 year old son that I spend most of my day with (homeschooling as well). We are a Christian family. I have never worked at a daycare before, but I have had plenty experience with my son and other family members as well. I use homeschool content that I purchased, and I also create my own materials. I plan on creating Preschool/Kindergarten material with Biblical material and selling it to many out there who don’t know where to start! I truly enjoy the fun around teaching, playing, building trustful relationships and the exploration of early childhood. I will be starting the ECE program in the Winter. I truly see a future in ECE that I thankfully saw through the grace of God, and with homeschooling of my son. My son is very Read more shy but he loves to hang out with other kids, because he is the only child. I am looking for families who are okay with him tagging along with me. If you don’t feel comfortable with that, no worries, you can check us off your list! I may not be needed to help homeschool your kids, but I will be able to provide the loving care that many parents worry won’t be provided for their children, along with many fun learning activities. I adore Montessori’s style in learning, as well as, outdoor exploration and indoor hands-on imaginative play! **Fall season is almost here! I love heading out to the farm, so one day if you want me to take your children to hang out for some farm fun, let me know!!**
