Spending time with children gives me pure joy. My first job was being a babysitter when I was 13 to toddlers in my neighborhood. I was a nanny while I went to college. Unfortunately I was not able to have kids of my own, but I had the honor of being a favorite auntie. I feel do have a gift where I can connect with a child, give them comfort and bring out the best of themselves through play time and showing respect for their individualism while making sure their needs are met per parent’s request.
