When I first hired Grace I was looking for someone who would adequately perform childcare tasks, make my life easier when it comes to keeping up a household, and most importantly, someone who would care deeply for my child. Grace went the extra mile on all these counts. She’s conscientious, empathetic, organized, reliable, and the most loving caregiver anyone could ever ask for. When she first started my son was going through a hard time and the energy she put into caring for him helped him so much. It was amazing to see the amount of emotional growth that’s occurred in him since she’s been a part of our household. Her dedication to meeting my son’s needs is shown in the amount of time she’s devoted to him; she’s put in countless hours of imaginative play and crafting, and interacted with him on a deep level, going above and beyond when it comes to meeting his needs. She’s partnered with me and provided much needed support when it comes to raising a child, as you know, it takes a village.
