hello! my name is des, i am have a very bubbly personality that is known to be infectious! I have two younger sisters with fairly big age gaps, which means i have been a built in babysitter since my sisters were born! my first sister is 13 years old, 8 years apart from me, and my baby sister is 8, 13 years apart from me, and I now have a baby brother on the way! My first paid job was actually babysitting when I was 16, I did it for a year, taking care of neighbors kids, nieces and nephews, and family friends kids. I have moved out of my parents home, and out of the state, about a year ago and have been missing my siblings and am looking to make some company! I work full-time and have been since I turned 17, meaning I’ve built in lots of Read more skills that will keep your kids safe and sound which include attention to detail, awareness, and communication. along with this I am very experienced in keeping a neutral and relaxed composure that allows me to deal with conflict in a non confrontational manner. I don’t get angry or upset easily, it’s not in my nature. I am a great listener and communicator making it easier for moms/dads to feel comfortable and trust that I will attend to theirs and their kids wants and needs and will keep them updated with any information so they are always in the loop. thank you!!!!
