I have always loved working with customers, kids, etc. so I decided to give it a shot. I love the experience of working with residents, learning their interests, and what goals they have for themselves. I also enjoy knowing that being a caregiver I am someone they can depend on when times are difficult or if they need assistance. Working with residents also makes my day better, laughing with them and all around just being there and having a work appropriate relationship. I really enjoy working with them and letting them know that there will always be someone there to care for them and give them the cares and attention they never had.
