All my life I have grown up around kids. I have one older brother and 6 younger siblings ages; 4,6,8,11,14, and 16. In high school I spent time assisting in teaching an elementary art class and was an avid sports player. I have a solid background in working with individuals with disabilities. I used to do nursing as a direct support professional for Bethesda Lutheran Communities. At Bethesda my job included passing medications, providing support, all personal hygiene cares, doing laundry, making dinners, planning and executing activities suitable to my patients disabilities, and maintaining the well being of my residents. I am prior army where I received my CPR and First aid certifications as well as taking a national emergency medical technician course. Unfortunately I had to part ways with the army due to a knee injury and family death. I love to do crafts and hands on games and Read more activities as well as cook and get involved outdoors.
