Hello! My name is Martha. I am currently taking a semester off from school, and working part time as a literacy tutor at a Minneapolis public school. I work with kids every day from grades k-3, and I am looking for a source of supplemental income. My family is very big so I have a lot of experience taking care of younger siblings and cousins. I have also worked at a summer camp where I supervised kids, and did activities with them. I love being around kids and talking with them; I learn so much, and they always have something special and interesting to share! Whenever I am with my students, or any children, I try to be my best self and set a good example. This means staying open-minded, patient, compassionate, and optimistic. I look forward to this new opportunity!
