Hello! My name is Chelsea and I've recently moved to the Eau Claire area. I've spent 10 years in the food service industry, the last 6 as a cook, and the last 3 as a chef in care-focused environments (1.5 years at daycare & 1.5 years at senior living assistance). At the daycare, I completed classroom courses that taught play-based learning styles and 5 years and under nutrition, became certified in the fundamentals of infant and toddler care, and became certified in First Aid & CPR (infant and toddler). At the senior assistance home, I renewed my certification for First Aid and obtained my certification for Choking, Fire safety, & Standard Precautions. Meal planning & cooking is a passion of mine and I love to teach those around me about nutrition with a focus on minimizing food waste. I also offer (professionally trained) cleaning & enthusiastic pet care!
