This past year, I worked at Chiemsee Castle as a lead teacher, primarily with 3-year-olds but also with children ranging from 5 months to 6 years old depending on classroom needs. I wrote and implemented lesson plans for my class that included science, sensory, engineering, math, writing, and art, making learning both fun and engaging for young children while supporting their development in multiple areas. For the past three years, I have also nannied for the Boeing/Keller family, caring for three children (now ages 4, 6, and 8). My responsibilities have included preparing meals, managing bedtime routines, diaper changes, fun excursions, and household chores. I’ve supported the 6-year-old with speech therapy practice and worked closely with the oldest child on emotional regulation and behavioral challenges. This family lives in the fox valley area however, and I am currently looking for work near Stevens Point. I am very hands-on and love to play—whether it’s hide and seek, make-believe, water balloon fights, or simply reading and relaxing together. I enjoy being both active and creative with kids. I love taking care of kids I have 3 siblings which two are younger and I’ve helped out my mom a lot with them. The youngest one has autism so I know sometimes kids could get very fuzzy but the key is to have patience especially with a kid who has a condition. Hi, my name is Lexii. I am 28 years old, I am a previous Lead teacher at The Nurturing Nook. I was there for 6 years, I left on great standing just looking for something different and more personal. My role was to create an age appropriate curriculum for the kids everyday. I have worked with children 6 weeks to 9 years old. Before the daycare I would babysit my cousin who is on the Autism spectrum and I helped his mom create an everyday schedule for him as well. For a brief moment in 2019-2020 I was a Behavioral Tech, going into home of children who are on the spectrum and help them with daily living.
