Hello! I am a veteran teacher hailing from WI with a charismatic personality and love for children. Being a caregiver for infants to 10 year olds during my teenage years sparked my drive to become an educator. I taught first grade for ten years, and after receiving my Master’s degree, transitioned to a new role as a Title I Literacy teacher for struggling students. Reading opens doors to all other avenues for learning. My chiropractor partner and I live a healthy, wholesome life with our rescue pup Nessie, whom we adore more than anything. I love to cook and bake nutritious meals, read, explore the outdoors, garden, and paint. I actively volunteer for the Charleston Animal Society and recently started fostering doggos. I believe children should be enriched with engaging, hands-on experiences to ignite a love for learning. I look forward to working with you!
