This past year, I worked at Chiemsee Castle as a lead teacher, primarily with 3-year-olds but also with children ranging from 5 months to 6 years old depending on classroom needs. For the past three years, I have also nannied for the Boeing/Keller family, caring for three children (now ages 4, 6, and 8). I’ve supported the 6-year-old with speech therapy practice and worked closely with the oldest child on emotional regulation and behavioral challenges. This family lives in the fox valley area however, and I am currently looking for work near Stevens Point. I am very hands-on and love to play—whether it’s hide and seek, make-believe, water balloon fights, or simply reading and relaxing together. I enjoy being both active and creative with kids. Hello! My name is Gracie and I am a freshmen at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay majoring in elementary education. I absolutely love working with children of all ages, but the little ones hold a special place in my heart. I am a compassionate and dedicated person who enjoys going on adventures and trying new things. I do have mandated reporter training, abusive head trauma certification, and an assistant child care teacher certification. I am currently working on obtaining first aid and CPR certification. I have been babysitting since 2003. Began my career in the Early Childhood Education field in 2009 and I currently work at a preschool full time. I am not a huge fan of electronics I would rather go do something outside or an activity or craft I don’t mind the TV for a movie though. I know how to deal with injuries and know how to deal with conflict or frustration.
