I started babysitting my younger cousins when I was just 7 years old, and since then I’ve worked in multiple childcare settings including the Boys & Girls Club, nannying for families, and most recently teaching. This past year, I worked at Chiemsee Castle as a lead teacher, primarily with 3-year-olds but also with children ranging from 5 months to 6 years old depending on classroom needs. I’ve supported the 6-year-old with speech therapy practice and worked closely with the oldest child on emotional regulation and behavioral challenges. This family lives in the fox valley area however, and I am currently looking for work near Stevens Point. I am very hands-on and love to play—whether it’s hide and seek, make-believe, water balloon fights, or simply reading and relaxing together. I enjoy being both active and creative with kids. I enjoy being with children and I find it fulfilling when I’m able to teach them new things. I have worked as a camp counselor over the summer at EPIC martial arts which is located in Woodstock GA, I have moved here to Wisconsin to live with my mother and go to school, I am studying interior design. I know how to keeping kids busy with either crafts or an activity. I am not a huge fan of electronics I would rather go do something outside or an activity or craft I don’t mind the TV for a movie though. I know how to deal with injuries and know how to deal with conflict or frustration. If there is a conflict I will listen to all sides and take action form there and if there is frustration I will help calm the situation.
