I'm currently working towards a Masters in Elementary Education to get my teaching license, and finding a position in childcare would be very ideal. Working with children allows me to be creative, fun, and there's never a dull moment! I have been babysitting for friends and family for the past 10+ years with a couple of summers nannying as well. I've worked with children ranging in ages from 18 months - 12 yrs old. Additionally, I spent 4 months working at my local elementary school's before/after care program, this provided me the opportunity to work with K-6th graders in a school setting. Growing up, I volunteered with youth soccer programs and worked as a camp counselor for my local park district. I enjoy incorporating sports and games into activities, and I love spending time outdoors. Some of my interests include: reading, Read more running, hiking, and taking my 2 yr old pup to dog parks!

Kelly was great with my two kids, 2 yes and 4yr. She actively played with them and cared for them for a full day. I was home and doing other work, so it was nice to hear and see how she and kids played and interacted together....I feel very comfortable having Kelly watch my children again, whether I would be home or away.
