Hi, I’m Macey! I’m 19 years old and was born and raised right here in Madison — I grew up on the near west side and went to Randall Elementary, Hamilton Middle School, and West High School. I’m currently studying business at UW-Milwaukee and am home for the summer, looking for a job that keeps me busy, active, and outdoors — something I’ve always loved, especially during the Madison summer months. I’ve always had a natural connection with kids. I have experience babysitting for neighbors and caring for my younger cousins, and I’m babysitter certified (with a willingness to refresh training if needed). While I haven’t worked as a full-time sitter before, I bring energy, patience, and a deep sense of care to every family I work with. My goal is to meet kids where they’re at — to keep up with them, support them, and help them feel safe and seen. Some of my favorite childhood memories are thanks to my own babysitter, who felt like a cool older sister and truly enjoyed spending time with us — running through sprinklers, making up games, going on adventures, and even helping us “make dinner” for our parents. That’s the kind of babysitter I strive to be: engaged, fun, reliable, and someone kids can look forward to seeing. I’m super active and love anything that gets kids outside — parks, bike rides, backyard games, fort-building, mud pies, sprinklers, you name it! I’m also very organized and a strong communicator, which helps me build great relationships with both kids and parents. I’m available all weekdays/times.
