Retired 58 yr. old RN with a 32 year old daughter whom I raised on my own. She actually has her Masters Degree and lives in Iowa. I have my current WI and MN RN licenses, CPR/BLS/AED certified. When my daughter was little, I had no one to help with any respite for myself so I became very creative and expert at scheduling and organization. I actually started babysitting myself at 10 years old. I have always been a very responsible/reliable person. Became a professional RN after I worked in a nursing home as a CNA, Nurse Tech and GN. I grew up in the country of a small town, thus learning hard work pays off. People need to treat people the way they want to be treated. I believe these care-taking opportunities for familes as a way to pay it forward. I injured my back while nursing which required Read more surgery. I regretfully am unable to continue floor nursing. I am willing to negotiate $/hr as an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR where I file a 1099 for taxes if necessary. I have ran my own businesses as a paramedical examiner and Mary Kay consultant. I am not interested in being an employee. Very flexible schedule as needed. Part-time and overnights as needed. I prefer a variety of clients for short hour stents so that I may help numerous families. Not full days, full-time. I have a 2016 Nissan Altima, thus reliable transportaion. Have a great day and I look forward to meeting you. Please see my reviews. :) Deb RN

Deb is an awesome sitter for my 8 year old son. I was nervous about finding a sitter as I am new to the area and do not know anyone. I trusted her in watching my son as I start my new job. My son enjoys having her as his sitter. My dogs enjoy having her around as well! I highly recommend Deb 100%!!
