Hello! My name is Jill, and I have been caring for all ages of children for 10+ years. I was a full time nanny for about 5 of those years, and the other time I’ve spent helping families out part time. I am also a Mom of a 2 year old girl! While I am caring for your children, we will sing and dance, read books, talk about whatever interests they have, make crafts, and anything else your children love doing. I have a gentle approach to discipline, I like to speak to my kids at their level about the choices they are making and why they are sad choices. We talk about safer or happy choices to make instead.
