I have worked with children from ages 4-17 since 2016. I babysat in high school and volunteered with a special needs program through the Milwaukee Fire Department. While in college I worked at an overnight summer camp in Texas and I worked for the Super Center Arts camp in Madison. I worked in residential treatment PMIC youth, Four Oaks, ranging from ages 6-17. The clients had a range of disorders that I helped create safety plans, implement the use of coping skills and aided in stabilization. I was responsible for encouraging and enforcing effective hygiene, peer mediation, homework help and attending IEPs, completion of assigned chores and many other aspects of caring for the clients as they stayed on our campus. I also received TIC (Trauma Informed Care). I worked as a special Ed teacher for a few months at Milwaukee Academy of Science. I have transitioned out of my Read more role as Care Coordinator at Saint A. I managed care for 14 families. I worked there for 1 year. Now I am working part time with two families (F1: 2,6,8; F2: 2,7). I am passionate about helping children grow and accomplish their milestones. I love working with children of all ages as it is my true passion.
