hello. my name is alicia. i am 26 years old and have two children of my own, ages 7 and 3. i am a certified nursing assistant, and have worked in the nursing home setting off and on for years. however, i enjoy working with children so much more. i have been babysitting for years, and it’s honestly my preference. i spent all of 2018 working in the daycare setting - 8 months of it in imperial, and a few months in follansbee. i have worked with children ages 6 weeks to 13 years, and have some experience with children with autism, down syndrome, speech impairment and other cognitive delays. after working with children, nothing is the same, and i wouldn’t trade it for the world.
