I’m an experienced early childhood educator and childcare provider who has worked with children ages 1-12 and has kindergarten and PreK classroom experience. My childcare style centers play, encourages exploration, integrates SEL goals into daily practices, and stimulates creativity and critical thinking. In concrete terms, this means I utilize outdoor play spaces as often as possible, read aloud and regularly provide play-based literacy activities, and intentionally expose kids to a variety of materials to allow for child-led play that maximizes their sensory and artistic experiences.
