After graduating high school in 2020, I took a gap year during which I worked as a full-time nanny for a 3-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy. At a pivotal time in my life filled with uncertainty, the time I spent with the kids was incredibly grounding and reminded me to slow down and appreciate the small things. I think we can learn so much from children and it was so special to grow alongside them throughout that year. Beyond my year as a nanny, I have worked extensively as a babysitter. I began babysitting for my neighbor's children in 2015 and have continued to regularly babysit since then. I have experience in babysitting kids of every age from infancy to middle school and can understand and meet the varying needs of children at different stages of development.
