Hi, I'm Jessica! I am a business professional who nannied for 5 years prior to going into the Supply Chain Management field. I've recently located to Wyoming to be closer to where my family resides. My family has run children's ministry camps for the past 25 years and I have experience running their 100+ headcount children's camp by the time I was 18. I nannied for 5 years once I graduated high school, and enjoyed the experience immensely! I enjoy interactive activities and try to limit screen time as much as possible. I believe in positive reinforcement and active listening with children in order to understand the need. It's difficult for little ones to navigate emotions, and I lead with empathy and understanding. Boundaries are also important to reinforce and I advocate for open communication between parents and nannies/sitters to ensure everyone is on the same page.
