Seeking reliable babysitter for our toddler when daycare is closed 3/9-3/10

We’re a family with a 2½-year-old daughter who attends an in-home daycare. When daycare is closed, we’re looking for a reliable sitter to care for her in our home from 6:45 AM–4:45 PM. Some months may not need care, while others may need a few days. We’re able to pre-schedule known closure dates. For March, we need coverage on March 9th & 10th.

She’s currently potty training and has a slight speech delay we’re working on. She can be shy at first but warms up with time and has a big personality. She plays independently fairly well but does best with a sitter who will engage, play, and interact with her while also being comfortable sitting back at times. Light snacks, an easy breakfast, and lunch will be prepped by mom. No pets.

We’re hoping to find someone we can trust for occasional date nights or additional care. We’d also like to schedule a paid 4-hour meet-and-greet, so she has time to warm up. Mom and dad will be home for the first hour, then step out to allow one-on-one play.
