We are looking for a caring and reliable babysitter for our three-year-old son. The position is primarily for Saturdays during my monthly military drill weekends, with occasional Fridays. On Fridays, he attends school from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and will need transportation to and from school (not far from our home). Typical hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, though my wife usually returns from work earlier.

Requirements:
- Experience with children who have special needs (our son has autistic tendencies and a speech delay).
- Patience, understanding, and the ability to provide a safe, supportive environment.
- Comfortable with diaper changes, as he is not yet potty trained and often removes his diaper.

Duties include:
- Engaging him in safe and fun play activities.
- Providing learning support and encouragement.
- Preparing healthy snacks.
- Ensuring his safety at all times.
- Sharing updates about his day and needs with us.
