I am seeking a caring, reliable babysitter for my four-year-old son. The position is primarily once a month on Saturdays during my monthly military drill weekends, with occasional Fridays as needed. Typical hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, though care may not be needed for the full time.

Requirements:
- MUST have experience working with children with special needs (my son has level 3 autism and a speech delay).
- Patient, understanding, and able to provide a safe, supportive environment.
- Comfortable with diaper changes, as he is not yet potty trained and may remove his diaper.

Duties include:
- Engaging him in safe, fun, and age-appropriate activities.
- Ensuring his safety at all times.
- Providing updates on his day, behavior, and any needs or concerns.
