We’re a fun-loving, entrepreneurial family with three kids (ages 1, 3, 6). I run a business and need time dedicated to work, so we’re looking for a part-time sitter with flexibility, and possibly more hours in the future. We’re also open to occasional date nights or other daytime help.

You’ll arrive after lunch and prep light snacks. No sweets or shows—we prefer hands-on activities like crafts, baking, books, outdoor play, and quiet toy time. Light tidying of new messes. Must be engaged, energetic, and phone-free around the kids.
