Looking for a babysitter for my 7 year old, flexible start date as we are testing the waters.

My daughter is quiet, thoughtful, and slow to warm up. She may need extra time to answer questions, so patience and a calm presence are important. She prefers low key activities and would benefit from someone who can gently encourage games or park time.

She has Level 1 autism. It is not obvious, but her mind works a bit differently, and she benefits from clear communication and extra processing time.

Occasional daytime hours to start with potential to grow to 20 plus hours weekly.

Located in Fountain Hills. She also spends some time in Scottsdale with her mom.
