Before & After School Sitter Needed for My Sweet, Independent Kiddo

Hi! I’m a single mom and surgery nurse looking for a loving, dependable sitter for my sweet 12-year-old son (high-functioning autism). We need before/after school care 4 days/week (5–8 AM & 3–5 PM), rotating Mon–Thurs and Tues–Fri. Must be patient and consistent. ??
Morning care: assist my independent 12 y/o son with his routine and breakfast using gentle prompts. Afternoon care: school/appointment pickup, set up for telehealth, after-school activity, or be present during in-home ABA with RBT.
Walking distance to Discovery Park.
Each month I have to be on-call (standby) 3 days from 6:00p - 6:00a. It’s just staying late to finish the last case
