Some days, I work from home and need just a little help with him. Other days, I come home early, so you can get off early. I prefer someone who will help with feeding, bottle prep, meal prep, diaper changes, monitoring baby while he sleeps and plays; paying attention to his emotional well being by smiling and playing with him or holding him at times.
