Babysitter Needed for Preschool Child on Weekdays with Car and Pet Comfort

We seek a reliable babysitter for our preschool child starting on September 1, 2025.
The schedule mainly includes Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 3:30 AM to 1:30 PM. However, Husband's work start times will adjust monthly once winter months arrive and Sitter START times will adjust accordingly as well, between 3:30 AM - 6:00 AM.
Responsibilities include providing safe and engaging care, preparing meals, leading activities, and helping with learning. The ideal candidate has a car for transportation and is comfortable around pets. Experience with young children is preferred. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential to create a nurturing environment.
