Seeking Caring Babysitter for Toddler on Mondays to Wednesdays

We are looking for a reliable and caring babysitter for our toddler starting October 17, 2025. I’m a therapist, and my schedule can occasionally shift due to last-minute client cancellations or changes, so some flexibility would be greatly appreciated.
Regular hours are Monday through Wednesday, 1PM to 5:30 PM, though the total weekly hours will average around 10 to 12 hours.
