Seeking Occasional Babysitter for Toddler while I work from home

We are looking for a babysitter to care for our toddler while I work from home and care for our newborn.
I am needing help during the week, typically in the mornings for 3-6 hours 1-2 days a week.
Basically he needs someone to play with him, help him sort his toys and put away his laundry. ?
We do have cats ?
